This past weekend my friends and I went to Penn State, where nick goes to school. It was fun. Big campus. I don’t know if I could handle it… really nice though. We went during the craziest weekend at Penn State, Arts Fest. I guess it’s the biggest event of the year, when everyone comes back. We got two parking tickets… there was absolutely no place to park. Other than that, we pretty much just partied with all nicks friends… and went out to a few other places.

The last couple days I haven’t slept much at all. My cousins from Texas are pretty much living at my place for 2 weeks. It’s crazy because we all normally stay up really late, just how we are, every summer when they are in. I’m a night owl anyways but this is insane late every night. But the thing is… I work everyday fulltime and that means zero sleep for dan. Kind of sucks… but when you want to spend time with them this is the best way. Who needs sleep anyways? Umm not me.

I was looking at my calendar and I noticed my summer is almost up. Unbelievable. I have one more weekend at home, and everything else is booked. Here are the big events until school starts back up:

Thursday: Warped Tour
Saturday: Lindsay’s graduation party (maybe Waking Ashland and Gatsby’s concert.)
Next Friday (July 29th): going to Chicago with Brice to visit Tom
Weekend after that (August 6th): Moving my stuff back to school… then heading to Matt’s Vacation house on the lake in Tennessee for a week.
August 15th: Required meeting for work at KU… working the rest of the week.
August 22nd: First day of classes start.

And everyday in-between I will be working, hopefully getting golf in, and just hanging out with my friends before this summer is up. =/ Title for today is from a new emery song… wow I love them. I cannot wait for their new album and to see them at warped tour. :)
